We evaluate, implement, and manage technology systems and processes to accelerate speed to market, enhance customer experience, improve business performance, reduce risk, and achieve operational excellence.Your team, Ops & Tech, is dedicated to enabling superior customer and business outcomes by driving efficiency and effectiveness while mitigating risk. We manage high-level marketing processes, MCA Marketing Technology (MarTech), and deliver expert support for prioritised initiatives.As the use of our technology platforms continue to evolve and expand, Ops & Tech play a crucial role in supporting the expansion and implementation of our technology across other group business units, delivering benefits beyond MCA.Role SummaryThis role is pivotal in delivering strategic technology initiatives that are key to transformation of the Group''s customer communication tools and processes.Working closely with MCA Ops & Tech Senior Managers, this role is crucial in supporting key initiatives to expand Adobe Workfront and Adobe DAM across the Group.The role demands a blend of technical knowledge, critical and analytical thinking, the ability to garner strong stakeholder relationships, ability to work in cross functional teams and be passionate about process, with user experience at the core.Efficient task coordination and effective communication with stakeholders and third-party vendors is essential to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and within scope.Do work that mattersSupport the scale out of Adobe Workfront & DAM across the business by onboarding and co-ordinating new teams, and collaborating to gain deep understanding of their requirementsKey support to the primary lead during the build & development lifecycle, coordinating and working closely with vendor, tech & business teams to ensure solution meets requirements during iterative testing, UAT & BVTCollaborate in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through reporting and analyticsProvide support in mapping and developing processes, utilising human-centered design thinkingSupport user adoption and engagement and develop effective training materials and communications to ensure a positive end user experienceHave a strong risk mindset and consider ways process & technology can mitigate risk and support controlsEstablish a strong understanding of existing and new end to end processes and related standard operating procedures, working to implement these processes into our technology platformsBuild strong relationships and work collaboratively with various cross functional teams including Business Leads, OCM, Digital, Data, Delivery, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance and 3rd party vendorsWe are interested in hearing from people who have:A passion for working in a team that drives business and technology transformations that deliver significant and impactful business outcomesMinimum 3+ years in Marketing Operations/Technology or related fields such as marketing, project management, operations, MarTech, and riskExperience with marketing technology platforms and content supply chains; familiarity with Jira, SharePoint Online, MRM and Digital Asset Management solutionsExperience with Adobe Workfront, and AEM Assets/DAM is an advantageExperience working with 1:1 marketing channels & SFMC is an advantageProven ability to building strong relationships with stakeholders within a complex organisationExperience in process-based initiatives and projectsStrong understanding of risk and risk managementDemonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skillsProactive self-starter with initiative and ownership to drive optimal outcomesEmbrace a growth mindset with agility, and a solution-focused approach in a dynamic environmentExperience working in an agile environment & familiarity with agile ceremonies & artefacts preferredMaintain a natural curiosity about technology and automation, staying updated on emerging marketing technologies, including opportunities in Artificial Intelligence (AI)Marketing experience highly desirable.If this sounds interesting to you, APPLY NOW!If you''re already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you''ll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
