With over 700 employees and offices in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, we partner with Australias major transmission providers to deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions.Join us in shaping the future of energy.The OpportunityCPP is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to help shape and deliver the strategic direction of our People & Culture function, while staying actively engaged in core generalist HR activities.As a trusted partner to business leaders, you will provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, change initiatives, talent and succession planning, and the continuous improvement of our people practices.Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, youll influence outcomes through strategic advice on workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.Reporting to the Executive General Manager People & Culture, youll join a highly collaborative and passionate team with deep expertise across talent acquisition, employee relations, organisational development, and generalist HR.As CPP continues to expand in the energy infrastructure sector, this role offers a unique opportunity to help shape a high-performance, people-first culture in a business thats powering Australias energy future.About YouDesired Skills and ExperienceTo Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess7+ years experience as a HR professional in a large, heavy industry organisation such as construction, mining or energyDegree qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or Psychology.Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and contemporary HR practicesExperience working with HR systems and data to support decision makingHighly developed communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Be rewarded at CPP.At CPP, we value our people above all else.
