To be successful, you will need to demonstrate strong technical skills, the ability to mentor and motivate staff, and effectively manage client relationships. Your portfolio will include a diverse mix of industry sectors such as high net worth individuals, manufacturing, property development, construction, and professional services.You will be challenged with tax advisory engagements in addition to compliance work, ensuring continuous development of your expertise. You must be able to work autonomously and efficiently. You are ambitious, self-motivated, tolerant of others, and capable of leading others with excellent communication skills. Ongoing training and support for your career development will be provided by a professional team.You should be CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 7 years of experience and a proven track record in public practice.
