Project Manager Electrical (Mining Processing Plant)Permanent RoleStart Date: ASAPPerth-Based with Weekly Site Travel + 1 in 3 weeks on siteCirca $250K Package (Inclusive) + Site UpliftRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager Electrical to lead construction and procurement activities on a major processing plant project for a tier-one mining contractor. This Perth-based position will oversee electrical scopes across crushing and conveyor systems and is part of a $20 - 30 million construction package. With design already completed in-house, the focus is now on delivery, vendor coordination, and contractor management. Site travel is required approximately once per week, and 1 in 3 weeks site-based.Key Requirements Proven experience delivering electrical scopes on mining/process plant construction projects Strong project management experience, ideally with EPC or contractor exposure Strong understanding of procurement and delivery functions within a mining or industrial setting Skilled in stakeholder management with a collaborative, commercially aware approach Able to lead and manage interface coordination across vendors, contractors, and internal teams Effective communicator with a calm, delivery-focused leadership style Relevant engineering or construction management qualifications Ability to work on a Time & Materials contract basisResponsibilities Deliver electrical construction packages across crushing and conveyor systems Manage procurement schedules, vendor engagement, and logistics Lead and coordinate Perth-based team including engineers and support staff Conduct regular site visits to oversee site works and interface with the on-site Construction Manager Ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery aligned with client and project requirements Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with the Tier 1 contractor and broader delivery team Oversee contractor performance, commercial tracking, and site progress reportingAbout Our ClientOur client is a reputable construction delivery partner to tier-one mining companies, known for executing complex brownfield and greenfield packages across Western Australia.
