This transformation has led for the need to source an aspiring Real Estate Capital Markets professional. This position will assist and work with senior professionals to grow and promote our Capital Markets & Investment Services real estate business for the Hong Kong market. You will have the opportunity to develop into a market leading commercial real estate broker in Hong Kong.Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Business and Client DevelopmentAssist senior brokers to follow-up with potential clients on properties for sale and to arrange for inspectionConduct market research & financial analysis for supporting proposals submission to clients on strategic real estate directives.Provide support in managing all aspects of clients real estate assignments e.g. tender exercise, sales contract administration and reporting.Participate in marketing activities e.g. design and publish of tender flyers, outbound mailing activities etc.Attend client status meetings and assist with preparation of presentationsActively participate in building up an extensive property and client database with the objective of generating recurring revenue, including initiating meetings with key/ potential clients on a regular informal basis to build engagementAssist senior brokers to identify and source for land and buildings for sale, including identifying and evaluating feasibility of properties for sale and advise property owners and/or en-bloc owners on the feasibility of their land for saleBusiness Strategy and PlanningParticipate in the launch of Business Plan and Operating Plan in line with corporate/ regional guidelines and regional/ area plans executed by Head of Capital Markets & Investment ServicesEngage in Colliers Asia Pacific Capital Markets sales plans and objectivesAssist to maintain and expand clientele base; build and maintain rapport with key clients; identify new business opportunitiesQualifications2+ years experience in Real Estate valuation in Hong KongUniversity degree holder with major in Surveying or Real Estate preferredProfessional qualification such as HKIS or RICS are preferredHolder of a valid EAA license (strongly preferred)Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a demonstrated track record of managing diverse stakeholdersStrong interest in commercial real estate and capital markets investment locally/ regionally or internationally.Additional InformationWhats on offer:A competitive base salary and benefits structure.Opportunity to work in an enterprising environment where you can your accelerate you career growth.Future opportunities for both domestic and international opportunities.A global culture, with a strong focus on learning and development.Make your next move an expert one andjoin usas we lead the industry into the future.Diversity, equity and inclusion are fundamental to our enterprising culture.
