Find your future with us.Boeing Australia Holdings is currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Regional Culture and Engagement Specialist to join our globally dispersed culture and engagement team.This role will focus on the tactical execution and regional implementation of culture and engagement initiatives within Australia.Working closely with the Regional Culture & Engagement Team Lead, you will be responsible for adapting enterprise-wide programs to meet local cultural nuances, building relationships with regional stakeholders, and ensuring consistent delivery of employee experience initiatives that align with organizational values and behaviors.Position Responsibilities:Execute culture and engagement initiatives in the assigned region, aligning with global strategy while adapting to local contextsPartner with HR and site leaders to design localized strategies that reinforce values, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace cultureSupport the rollout of new culture initiatives and provide local insights to inform global strategyEnsure consistent messaging and branding of culture programs across regional locationsBuild and maintain positive relationships with regional Human Resources (HR) partners, office managers, and local leadership teamsProvide local teams with resources, guidance, and tools for culture transformationConduct focus groups and site assessments to identify opportunities and deliver culture interventions while coaching leadersServe as the regional point of contact for culture and engagement inquiries and initiativesCollaborate with local business resource groups and culture community leaders to enhance program effectivenessSupport regional managers in implementing culture initiatives within their teamsFacilitate communication between regional stakeholders and the global culture teamCollect and analyze regional engagement data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvementPrepare regional reports and insights for local HR and site leadersMonitor participation rates and engagement metrics for culture initiativesConduct focus groups and feedback sessions to gather qualitative insights from employeesTrack regional Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and provide updates on program effectiveness and employee sentimentManage regional aspects of global culture projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality executionSupport planning and execution of regional components of enterprise-wide initiativesCollaborate with other Regional Culture & Engagement Specialists to share best practicesAdapt enterprise-wide initiatives to reflect regional cultural norms and practicesProvide insights on regional employee preferences to inform global program designEnsure culture initiatives are inclusive and resonate with regional populationsIdentify opportunities to enhance enterprise-wide programs based on regional feedbackSupport localization of communications and program contentPropose innovative approaches to enhance employee experience in the regionShare regional best practices with the enterprise culture and engagement teamStay current on regional employment trends and engagement best practicesSupport pilot programs and testing of new culture initiatives within the regionThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, internal communications, or related field5+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal rolePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience working in the assigned geographic region with understanding of local business culture and practicesExperience with culture initiatives, employee programs, or community buildingExperience with HR systems and employee data managementExperience with survey platforms and employee engagement toolsApplications for this position will be accepted until Jul. 02, 2025RelocationRelocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.Visa SponsorshipEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Equal Opportunity Employer:Boeing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
