With a strong pipeline of major industrial projects across Australia, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact demolition scopes including mine sites, refineries, and power stations.The RoleThe Project Manager will take full ownership of project delivery - overseeing planning, coordination, safety, and resource management to ensure successful outcomes across a range of complex industrial demolition and decommissioning projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery across industrial demolition scopesMaximise project efficiency while maintaining high standards of safety and environmental complianceDrive a strong safety culture and ensure HSEQ procedures are followedManage risks, maintain project documentation, and solve problems proactivelySupervise multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative site environmentCommunicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholdersMentor and support team developmentAbout You510 years experience managing industrial demolition or decommissioning projectsBackground in major infrastructure shutdowns or brownfield demolition is highly regardedStrong leadership skills and experience managing both white- and blue-collar teamsProven record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budgetKnowledge of CTR contracts (highly desirable)Familiarity with environmentally sensitive project settingsExperience using Primavera P6 scheduling tools is idealHow to Apply:Click APPLY or contact Laura Neary on 0410 957 530 / laura.neary@evolvetalent.com.au for a confidential discussion.Evolve Talent is committed to providing equal opportunities for all.
