This is the kind of tomorrow were imagining here at TFA.Join us and help drive the future.What you''ll contribute toAs Account Manager - Mazda Finance, you will act as the conduit between Mazda Australia Pty Ltd (MA), and Australian Alliance Automotive Finance (AAAF).You will develop and maintain the Mazda Finance (MF) and MA relationships, supporting MA with their finance strategies and related projects, and partnering closely with the Dealer Distribution and Franchise Credit teams to support with the sales and acquisition strategy and the implementation thereof. This will be achieved by building and maintaining exceptional relationships with MA and managing joint obligations on a daily basis.How you''ll make an impactManage MF and AAAFs obligations within the Strategic Alliance(s)Build and maintain exceptional relationships with intermediariesSupport MA with the execution and implementation of planned strategic initiativesPartner with MA to assist with the development of retention objectivesAct as a subject matter expert in relation to all finance products and services (including on MF related projects)Contribute significantly to business competitiveness by gathering product costing and critically analysing these against available options in market on a regular basisMonitor competitors with an emphasis on product and price offerings, volume of business, distribution activity and performanceAdminister, in partnership with MF marketing, all printed material necessary to support the effective and efficient delivery of MF finance products and servicesContribute input and expertise into training, marketing, communication and change management plans for new product and promotional launches10+ years of experience in the automotive finance industry, preferably in an operational, product and/or sales roleDemonstrated history of sales success through new business acquisition and account managementStrong understanding of finance product drivers, profitability and delivery channelsProven analytical and project management skillsProven exposure partnering with senior management within a highly regulated environmentSolid understanding of the Toyota Way and TFA business practicesExcellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to tailor presentations according to the needs and varying levels of understanding of different audiencesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to influence peopleLife at Toyota & What we offer youWe pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people.
