About the CompanyThis builder are well known for delivering education, hospitality, health commercial and industrial projects up to $20m and have a strong senior management team in place.The role is to work on Hospitality projects throughout Sydney.Key accountabilities will include:* Supervise and manage the project through to completion* Regular project reporting on time, cost and quality* Work closely with subcontractors to drive programme* Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.* Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase* Manage WH&S requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systemsAbout You* Experience of delivering projects in excess of $2m in an SM role from start to finish* Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment* Ability to liaise with customers during the sales and settlement processes* Excellent written and verbal communication skillsIf you feel this is the job for you please click apply or reach out to Alex Mitchell on 0449991120 or amitchell@bluestonerecruitment.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
