The Role: Account Managers are responsible for maximizing revenue from new and existing client accounts to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Managing and achieving state sales revenue vs. budget. Meeting sales targets measured against lunar periods and quarterly. Reporting weekly performance via CRM. Maintaining strong client relationships. Supporting revenue growth across all QMS assets, including installation and production. Supporting tactical sales initiatives, e.g., Neuro Insights presentations. What you will be able to do: Develop and manage strategic business plans for client accounts. Work closely with clients to identify needs and propose suitable solutions. Serve as the main interface between clients and the organization. Conduct product demonstrations and prepare proposals, tenders, and contracts. Manage individual agency portfolios. Assist in developing the Account Coverage (AC). Coordinate with operations, development, and management teams. Identify revenue gaps and implement remedy programs. What are we looking for? Ideal candidates will possess: A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, with relevant media experience. Agency or media sales experience, preferably in OOH. Ability to motivate and manage teams across functions. Knowledge of OOH products and industry, with client relationship skills. Ability to balance client needs and organizational goals.
