Crows Nest, Sydney | Part-time (2-3 days/week)We are seeking an experienced and passionate Designer to join our Marketing & Engagement team at Humpty Dumpty Foundation. This newly created part-time role (2-3 days per week) is perfect for a creative designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.You will play a key role in producing high-quality, on-brand visual materials that support our fundraising, donor communications, campaigns, and events. If you''re someone who enjoys a hands-on approach to design, would love part-time flexibility and wants to contribute to a meaningful cause, wed love to meet you!What Youll DoCreate Stunning Visuals: Design and produce high-quality digital and print materials, including campaign assets, brochures, social media graphics, event branding, and donor communications.Ensure Brand Consistency: Apply and evolve Humptys brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive and engaging visual identity across all materials.Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Marketing Specialist and other team members to develop creative concepts, ensuring the designs meet campaign goals and objectives.Support Events & Campaigns: Design materials for key fundraising events like the Balmoral Burn and Great Humpty Ball, ensuring they align with our brand and message.Improve Design Efficiency: Manage your workflow and multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and minimal revisions.What You BringExperience: At least 5 years in graphic design, preferably in-house or within a marketing or branding team.Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with a strong portfolio that showcases both print and digital work.Attention to Detail: Exceptional skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.Creative & Practical: You balance creative flair with a pragmatic approach to meeting deadlines and producing work that aligns with our goals.(Desirable): Basic motion design or video editing experience.
