EVT Hotels and Resorts Digital ChannelsWork closely with the Head of EVT Digital Channels to implement digital strategies that drive customers to EVT owned websites, increase repeat visitation and grow direct accommodation and C&E revenue.Drive traffic and conversion via strong Paid Media tactics in alignment with revenue targets and brand objectives. Work in close collaboration with the wider team to deliver full-funnel, data-driven campaigns for EVT Hotels & Resorts.Use analytical skills to identify key customer touchpoints and provide actionable insights & data-driven recommendations.2. Paid Media Execution & ManagementPaid Media Management: Execute and manage EVT Hotels and Resorts Paid Media campaigns across channels including but not limited to; Paid Search (Google & Bing), Metasearch (Google Hotel Ads & TripAdvisor Meta), Paid Social (FB, IG, LinkedIn & TikTok), Video (YouTube, CTV), Programmatic Display (Quantcast, Criteo) and OTA (Online Travel Agents) Pay-Per-Click Advertising.Budget Management: Oversee Paid Media spend and ensure campaigns deliver against our CPM, CPC, CPA & ROAS targets.Strategy & Planning: Work closely with the Head of EVT Digital Channels and Digital Marketing Manager to develop Paid Media strategies & media plans and set data-driven targets & reporting. Proficiency in data analytics and ability to analyse & activate data in campaign executions are essential.Campaign Execution: Execute and deliver multi-channel Paid Media campaigns according to the approved media plan. Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and optimise budgets for effectiveness.Tag Management: Test, troubleshoot, maintain and enhance media & analytics tags to ensure accurate tracking, optimisation and reporting. Assist with implementing new initiatives & tactics that involve web and server-to-server conversion tracking and work closely with IT to ensure data quality & compliance. Google Tag Manager proficiency highly desirable.Digital Trends & Technologies: Stay up to date with emerging digital trends and evolving technologies that create competitive advantage. Be on top of key updates & innovations in the digital space and be able to articulate how it could be used to drive improvement, efficiency or growth.Data Privacy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and stay up to date with evolving laws and best practices in all digital marketing activities.QA & Approval: Manage QA, review & approval process of all Paid Media campaigns with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Develop and deploy a strong process to ensure efficiency and error-free executions. Attention to detail is very important for this role.Performance KPIs: Take a data-driven approach by leveraging audience insights for shaping personalised & results-driven paid media strategies, and for driving continuous optimisation against KPIs across all platforms. Actively engage in actions to further enhance performance of paid media activity.3. Data Analysis & ReportingGoogle Analytics 4: Track, report, analyse brand.com data and optimise Paid Media strategy based on performance & revenue KPIs. Work in close collaboration with the wider team to drive the overall business objectives.Campaign Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI analyses. Use data to identify performance improvement and optimisation opportunities.Report Automation & Ongoing Maintenance: Automate analytics and reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.A/B Testing: Run an ongoing A/B testing and optimisation program to continuously improve strategy with data-driven experimentation, share insights and identity opportunities for growth.4. Loyalty & Lifecycle MarketingAssist with executing EVTs lifecycle marketing strategies to drive member acquisition, engagement and retention and enhance customer loyalty.
