And we are different.Job DescriptionWith the continued growth of the KordaMentha business, we are expanding our Melbourne based Finance team and are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant Tax & Investments.This is a varied and engaging role that offers broad exposure across tax, accounting, and investment administration, ideal for an individual looking to deepen their experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.You will be a part of a small, collaborative team responsible for providing tax compliance, investment administration, and accounting support for KordaMentha entities and family office structures. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to projects, allowing for continued professional growth.Duties of the roleTax compliance including preparation of tax return workpapers, BAS, FBT, Taxable Payments, ABN and tax registrations including GST, FATCA & CRS complianceTax and Accounting policy, procedure and compliance documentation review and updateMaintaining investment registers and documentationAssisting the team with reporting, research and analysis as requiredQualificationsHold a Bachelor degree in Accounting or similarBe CAANZ or CPA qualifiedStrong Excel skillsKnowledge of tax compliance requirements in AustraliaStrong knowledge of accounting standards and applicationManagement reporting and analysis skillsStrong knowledge of accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics FinOps and Financial ReporterBe flexible to work on projects and manage workload to external and internal deadlinesAdditional InformationAt KordaMentha, we believe there is strength in difference.
