Youll lead a dedicated team of physiotherapists, supervise Allied Health Assistants, and contribute to service delivery excellence and continuous improvement across our Community Services division.Key requirements of the role:Deliver best-practice physiotherapy services including assessments, care planning, mobility support, and equipment prescription.Lead and mentor a team of physiotherapists, support staff, and students.Manage referrals, caseloads, and group programs across aged care and disability services.Promote physiotherapy services internally and externally to help grow and improve care offerings.Support client outcomes through collaboration, education, and continuous service improvement.About youAHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in aged or community care.Excellent assessment, communication, and report-writing skills.Ability to lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team.Knowledge of aged care funding streams (CHSP, HCP, STRC, My Aged Care) is desirable.Current drivers license and police check.Why VMCH?Because the people we employ make it a great place to work!
