This includes leading the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives to support the organization''s strategic goals and cultivate a positive, engaged, and high-performing workforce. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic business partner, collaborating with department heads and providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and compliance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Employee RelationsProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practicesInvestigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely mannerMaintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulationsTalent ManagementDevelop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and retain top talentOversee the onboarding and orientation of new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organizationDesign and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growthManage the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviewsCompensation and BenefitsAnalyze compensation data and benchmark against industry standards to ensure competitive and equitable payAdminister the company''s benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time offServe as the main point of contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiriesHR OperationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security protocolsOversee the processing of payroll, timekeeping, and other HR administrative tasksCollaborate with the IT department to implement and maintain HR information systems and technologiesCompliance and ReportingEnsure the company''s HR practices and policies comply with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standardsPrepare and submit required HR-related reports and documentation to internal and external stakeholdersStay informed of changes in employment legislation and best practices, and communicate updates to the organizationQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 6 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the financial services / fintech industryThorough understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirementsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-makingFluent in English and with conversational in Chinese is a plusApplication Method:To apply for this position, please simply click on the APPLY button or send your full resume to (alexandra_leung@persolkelly.com) word format indicating the job title.
