The Centers are an example of Cosentinos total commitment to its clients, providing them with exclusive and high-quality service. The Centers combine the functions of (a) warehouse, (b) brand and product showroom, and (c) sales network.As an Inventory Manageroverseeing the flow of inventory into and out of the Distribution Centre, from ordering, reception, proper storage, auditing of consumption, loading, and shipments. The Inventory Manager is also responsible for making sure that all processes are followed according to WHS safety regulations and management of Distribution Centre staff.What you will doReview daily DRP for order needs and place orders as requiredAudit of inventory reception for accuracyAudit inventory consumption daily for accuracyAudit shipments daily for accuracyEnsure all inventory is stored safely to reduce the risk of damageCompile inventory reports and issue them to managementPresent inventory overstock report monthly to develop a plan for sales and reduction with the sales team. Track progress and recap monthlyWeekly cycle counts and scanning of all inventoryInvestigate inventory shortages and discrepanciesManage slow moving and discontinued stockOther tasks as assigned by managementWhat you need to succeedEXPERIENCERequired5+ years in a similar roleEDUCATIONBachelor degree in supply chain or relevant field preferredKNOWLEDGESRequiredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)Inventory managementSAP ExperienceSKILLSRequiredAbility to work with minimal supervisionAbility to lift and carry up to 20KGPREFERRED BEHAVIORSRequiredDetail OrientedMultitaskerInitiativeStrategicThis job requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.About CosentinoCosentino, the world''s leading producer of Silestone quartz surfaces, is a family-owned business.
