Undertake creative and innovative search techniques to source high-calibre candidates. Conduct candidate approaches, interviews and reference checks. Effectively manage key client relationships. Analyse and maximise market trends and opportunities. Manage data integrity and compliance activities.Key Criteria: Demonstrated understanding of the recruiting process from end to end. Commitment to stakeholder service delivery. Understanding of the technical discipline for which you are accountable. White collar / professional recruitment experience commensurate with role seniority.
