With extraordinary dining options, including Sokyo, BLACK Bar and Grill, Cucina Porto and our vibrant Sports Bar where the action is live and loud, we are dedicated to delivering the ultimate entertainment, hospitality, and dining experiences for all.As our Food & Beverage Supervisor reporting to the Venue Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire the Sports Bar team, providing a positive and memorable guest experience.This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for sports hospitality.A few of your responsibilities:Monitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure high standards are always maintainedSupervise team members and assist the leadership team with any training and development needed for team membersEnsure a high level of guest experience is always provided in the venues and is professional, hospitable, timely, effective, and efficientSet specific daily performance objectives for all team members and supervise the service flowMake recommendations to the Venue Manager that will assist in maximising revenue and minimise costs to meet company and division budgetsWhat we are looking for:Demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar role, managing large teams with confidence and effectivenessAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while juggling multiple tasks seamlesslyHave 24/7 availability and adaptability to various scheduling needsExpertise in bars and building rapport with a diverse range of guests, ensuring exceptional experiences for everyoneStrong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standardsAbout you:You bring a wealth of experience in Food & Beverage leadership, ideally from high-volume bars, restaurants, or hotels. Your leadership style is inspiring, and your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to connect effortlessly with guests and create memorable experiences.
