You will promote trusted advice to managers, supporting fair and consistent resolution of workplace issues, helping to shape a positive and high-performing culture. From promoting proactive engagement and ensuring compliance with local legislation, you will also dive into large employee data sets to uncover trends, identify opportunities and help shape impactful HR initiatives that make a difference.
