We are always pushing boundaries, celebrating wins, and evolving together.Proud to be a WGEA Employer of Choice for Gender Equality since 2017 and with our Reconciliation Action Plan endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, we at QMS Media are committed to an inclusive workplace where everyone thrives, and where the rights, culture, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are celebrated and respected.What you''ll be up to:As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and reporting of Go-To-Market campaigns and collateral to support QMS brand, revenue, and market goalscollaborating across teams to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives, events, and sponsorships that drive customer engagement and align with strategic objectives.Provide end-to-end support for sales campaigns, presentations, video scripts, and sales enablement materials.Develop and maintain all sales and marketing collateral.Review campaign content for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.Communicate updates on new collateral, imagery, and campaign developments to internal stakeholders.Oversee photography and videography needs, ensuring content aligns with budget and supports content amplification across channels.Deliver post-campaign reports, highlighting outcomes, insights, and recommendations for future initiatives.Support the planning and delivery of events and sponsorships.Manage key events and sponsorships.Prepare and present event performance reports, capturing key outcomes and lessons learned.Oversee allocated sales events and associated promotional requirements.What were looking for:Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, media communications or similar.4+ years of experience in general marketing and partnership management.Demonstrated project management skills, owning the end-to-end process (from brief writing to execution & reporting).Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management with the ability to communicate, lead and influence on multiple levels of an organisation.Comfort working in a medium-sized, fast-paced professional services, or corporate environment.Outstanding organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.Strong administrative and self-management skills with a proven ability to manage and prioritise workloads.Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, including copy-writing skills.Solution-based strategic thinking and problem solving, with a strong business acumen to foster new marketing go-to-market opportunities.Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of stakeholders, key partners, and suppliers.Intellectual flexibility, and the ability to integrate new information and switch from the detail to the big picture.Whats in it for you?A fun, friendly and supportive work environment where no two days are the same.Awesome learning opportunities - ongoing learning and development to help you springboard into the future you want both personally and professionally.A workplace that values YOU, your growth, and your ideas.
