Were revolutionaries so for us changing the way the world works is all in a days work.Smartsheet is looking for a Senior Partner Operations Specialist to support the sales teams and channel partners throughout the sales cycle.This role will be based out of Sydney and reports to our Senior Manager of Partner Operations based out of the U.S.You Will:Support all sales teams and channel partners throughout the complete sales cycle to meet customer and partner needsManage partner deal registration, and partner onboarding processesWork within the Salesforce.com CRM & CPQ system to assist sales reps and partnersReview contracts and order paperwork for completeness and accuracyCreate custom order forms, provide guidance on complex deal structures, and escalate specialized issues to appropriate stakeholders for resolutionQuickly learn and master the quoting and order processing processesCoordinate deal reviews with sales; support training, development, and compliance with operational policiesWork between the Finance, Legal, Professional Services, Sales and Partner departments to ensure sales transactions are quick and efficientIdentify areas for improvement in the Quote to Cash Cycle to accelerate order processing for improving sales efficiencyAssist with the reconciliation of multiple transactions and other contract related adjustmentsRespond to Partner inquiries (purchase orders, quote requests, invoices, order confirmations, status updates, pricing details)Other duties as assigned or requiredYou Have:5+ years of experience with Order Management, Sales Ops, or Deal Desk at a SaaS organization5+ years of experience working with channel partnersBA or equivalent work experience preferredHighly detail oriented, analytical and data drivenFamiliarity with financial and revenue recognition principles and contracting guidelinesExperience in a high volume / multi transactional environment for EOM, EOQ, and EOYAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, high-growth environment; ability to execute on new processesAbility to independently problem solve, troubleshoot and work cross departmentally with multiple stakeholdersCommunicates clear and effectively to various situations and audiencesExperience working in Salesforce, Smartsheet, Impartner and Tableau preferredAt Smartsheet, weve created a place where everyone is welcome people from all over the world, all backgrounds, all ages, all colors, and all beliefs working side by side.
