Unleash Creativity with the power of AI.The Role:This is a hybrid role within our Enterprise product tribe, blending technical leadership and delivery with trusted client partnership. Youll work closely with enterprise customers and internal teams to design and deliver tailored integrations and custom solutions, making sure each experience feels thoughtful, aligned, and empowering.Youll bring heart and structure to every engagement, making sure each client feels supported and understood while also helping our internal teams stay focused, informed, and confident in their delivery.What Youll DoValues-driven delivery: Lead the successful delivery of enterprise-level custom solutions, API integrations, and technical configurations. You will translate unique client needs into well-scoped, technically achievable integration plans and own the project lifecycle and milestones, from scoping, planning, risk mitigation, execution, deployment, and post-launch support. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Champion the customer experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients. Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand technical needs and translate them into actionable workstreams. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure consistently high levels of satisfaction throughout the engagement.Keep everyone connected: Foster communication and alignment across multiple, cross-functional teams, timelines, and customer touchpoints.Balance bespoke and scale: Champion delivery excellence through clear processes, documentation, retrospectives, and continuous improvement. Partner with internal teams to align delivery strategies with evolving product capabilities and customer needs. Help identify when a tailored solution could benefit the broader platform, and when speed and trust are the most important factors.What Youll Bring:Client-Facing Delivery Experience: A background in managing technical projects with external customers and internal stakeholders, ideally from implementation, onboarding, or integration roles.Human-Centred Problem Solving: A strong desire to understand peoples needs and translate them into useful, scalable solutions that feel personal and thoughtful.Relationship Building with Purpose: Deep care for connection and respect creating strong partnerships through trust, listening, and shared goals.Grace Under Pressure: The ability to manage multiple priorities, align diverse teams, and keep things moving calmly in complex environments.Curiosity and Growth Mindset: A natural interest in learning new technologies and improving the way people work together.What youll do:Lead Platform Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of backend capabilities and APIs used by both internal teams and enterprise customers.Collaborate on Technical Design: Co-create API specs, define SLAs, and partner with engineering and architecture on thoughtful technical decisions.Plan and Prioritise Work: Translate high-level goals into clear milestones, helping teams focus and move forward together.Champion System Health: Bake in scalability, usability, and maintainability from day one, not as an afterthought.Coordinate Across Teams: Work across disciplines to unblock delivery, manage dependencies, and keep momentum high.Advocate for Clean APIs: Promote intuitive integration patterns, clear versioning, and strong monitoring practices.Bring Delivery Discipline: Introduce simple, repeatable ways of working that help backend teams deliver reliably and at speed.Skills we love:Commercial experience in a technical delivery role in a SaaS or platform company.Proven track record managing complex delivery programs involving backend systems and APIs.Ability to engage with engineers, understand system interactions, and communicate trade-offs.Experience working on custom solutions or client-specific workstreams in a fast-paced environment.Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, simplify complexity, and unblock teams with confidence.Bonus ExperienceFamiliarity with how enterprise clients consume APIs or integrate at scale.Experience writing or contributing to technical statements of work (SoWs) or product requirements.Understanding of auth flows, data management, or large-scale architecture decisions in an integration context.What''s in it for you?A range of benefits to set you up for every success in and outside of work.
