Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Small Business Associate to join our dynamic Small Business team.In this role, youll work closely with our Small Business Specialists to support a portfolio of 300 350 customers in each portfolio with business lending needs less than $1 million. Youll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Customer Service & Enquiry Management: Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies. Ensure timely, accurate responses to customer enquiries by coordinating with internal teams and tracking resolution times.Lending Support: Key focus will be to assist customers with their after-settlement requirements and on occasion will assist credit analysis and structuring of business lending applications. Prepare documentation, conduct preliminary assessments, and ensure compliance with policies.Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholdersincluding credit, legal, and valuation teamsto ensure smooth processing of customer transactions.Data Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records through regular audits and system updates.Business Development: Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting lead generation and conversion efforts.Youll be part of a team thats committed to making a real difference for small business customers.
