Youre a problem-solver who enjoys teaching clients how to launch successful campaigns using data-driven decisioning. Youre great at troubleshooting campaigns and an expert when it comes to handling large data sets and presenting your insights to clients. You will play an important role in building our presence, business, and culture in The Trade Desks Sydney office. You embody The Trade Desks core values of grit, agility, openness and full-heartedness.In this role you will work with some of the largest global brands.What youll do:Spearhead strategy development to ensure clients stay competitive in key areas including first-party data management and activation, CTV consolidation and retail measurementLead data-driven conversations utilizing TTD platform and custom reporting to provide insights and tell client relevant stories to provide a full picture of advertisings impact on business results.Consult with clients on their campaign goals and strategies to ensure they are maximizing the value TTDs platform providesOperate as a power user of TTDs UI and empower clients to also become power users to most effectively plan, execute, optimize and build on successful advertising campaigns.Collaborate with Account Management and Sales Executives to educate your clients, grow your portfolio of business and ensure buyers are up-to-date on TTDs constantly evolving suite of products and solutionsBuild and own key relationships with client planning, trading and analytical teams. We empower our clients to be self-service and so you will have an opportunity to drive that within our clients.Troubleshoot advanced technical problems including performance issues, measurement discrepancies and constrained targeting.Develop standard methodologies withinClient Services, collaborate withProduct Marketingto develop effectivetrainingcollateral andcustomer facingguides, and train and onboard new teammates.Looking ahead: There are mentorship opportunities available to help determine fit for future management roles.Who you are:5 + years of consultative, client-facing work in ad tech (DSP experience is a plus!), digital marketing, finance or other data-heavy industries.Eager to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment that requires self-driven education and improvement.Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex, data-heavy information into simple but powerful stories and insights.Strong interest in learning the underlying mechanics of a platform and the ability to act as a conduit between clients and product teams to consistently improve TTDs platform over time.Being confident presenting in front of clients and peers.Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration with the ability to navigate ambiguous and complex problems and situations.Effective time management skills, especially the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to efficiently wrangle extremely large data setsThe Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
