This is a pivotal opportunity to shape the current and future workforce of a growing healthcare organisation committed to delivering safe, high-quality care.As the Talent Manager, youll be responsible for designing and delivering integrated strategies across talent acquisition, retention, workforce planning, and performance development. This role ensures we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right timealigned to clinical demand, organisational values, and health regulatory frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Lead strategic workforce planning in partnership with executives and clinical leadersUse data and labour market trends to inform future service delivery and staffing modelsManage end-to-end recruitment for critical and specialist roles across clinical and non-clinical areasDevelop targeted attraction strategies, particularly for hard-to-fill and regional rolesOversee onboarding to ensure alignment with credentialing, compliance, and cultural expectationsDesign and implement a performance management framework that supports clinical and operational excellenceEquip leaders with tools and training for effective performance conversations and staff developmentSupport internal mobility, career pathways, and succession planning in partnership with L&DMaintain accurate workforce data to meet compliance, accreditation, and reporting requirementsEnsure all practices align with regulatory bodies such as AHPRA and Working with Children Check standardsAbout You:Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Health Management, Industrial Relations or related fieldMinimum 5 years experience in a senior HR, workforce or talent management role, ideally in healthcare or community servicesProven experience in strategic workforce planning, modelling, and analyticsStrong background in developing and implementing performance and remuneration processesExcellent stakeholder engagement and change management skillsProficiency in HRIS and workforce planning tools (e.g., Dayforce, Power BI, rostering systems)Desirable: experience working across regional or multi-site health servicesFamiliarity with accreditation frameworks (AHPRA, ASAS, EPA, Nursing) is a plusJob evaluation certification (e.g., Mercer, Hay) and experience in clinical service planning are advantageousWhy Join Us?At Lumus Imaging, youll join a purpose-driven People & Culture team that values integrity, inclusion, and care.
