As we continue to grow, we''re looking for a passionate and driven Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at our support office in Bundall, Gold Coast!In this key role, you''ll take full operational and financial responsibility for a portfolio of veterinary clinics nationwide. Acting as the vital link between our clinics and support office, you''ll provide strategic coaching to Practice Managers and Lead Vets, drive performance, and ensure the consistent delivery of outstanding care.This is not a role for someone who enjoys the status quo - we''re scaling fast, improving constantly and building something exciting. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by making a genuine impact, we''d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Development: Support, coach and guide clinic leadersClient & Patient Care: Ensure quality standards and positive clinic experiencesFinancial & Business Management: Oversee clinic budgets, identify growth opportunities, and report on key metricsBrand Custodian: Champion our values and ensure brand alignment across clinicsWhat You''ll Bring:At least 5 years'' experience in a business management or multi-site operations roleProven leadership skills in team development, change management, and conflict resolutionStrong communication skills, both written and verbalSolid financial acumen and confidence in reporting and interpreting business dataQualification in Business or HR Management (highly regarded)Experience in the veterinary or healthcare sector is a bonusFlexibility to travel as neededRemote and flexible working options are available - we''re open to the right person, wherever you''re based.Why Vets Central?We''re growing fast, with a clear vision and strong values.
