Our people are at the heart of everything we do!About the Role:Reporting to the Regional Manager Workforce Australia, your role will empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment. Required to meet specific targets, you will provide tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group.Your client group is diverse in all manners, requiring special assistance to navigate societal stigma and prejudice. Tailored and specialised support is critical, with a need to collaborate between local community agencies, social service organisations and employer networks to achieve meaningful and sustainable employment outcomes.The nature of this role and its requirements means that you can significantly change lives by facilitating sustainable employment opportunities.Your commitment to understanding the unique employment needs of your diverse group of clients and collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, is a key driver of success in this role.Requirements:Employment services or recruitment experience is essentialRelevant experience in employment services, retail, customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success in this roleAptitude for working successfully within target driven environments is criticalA valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.About You:To excel in this role, you will be committed to making a difference through connecting and supporting your clients into sustainable employment. You will be a confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, bringing experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a related field.Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are essential, alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important.
