We act on government infrastructure procurement and a range of private sector projects across Australia, particularly in the energy and transport sectors. In addition to running complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution, our back-end team works closely with the front-end of the practice to support our clients on project delivery and contract management issues.Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience as a Senior Associate with solid dispute resolution experienceA drive to provide outstanding service with attention to detail and problem solving skillsAmbition and a proactive approach to your work and mentoring junior staff, be resilient and a self-starterThe ability to interact confidently with our clients and build meaningful relationshipsThe desire to work as part of close-knit, collaborative and high-performing teamIn our Major Projects and Construction practice, you will find:Be part of a team and community at the forefront of development of construction law in AustraliaPartners with collaborative and supportive leadership styles, with a genuine understanding of flexibility and how to balance high performance with a down-to-earth and pragmatic approach to work and life.The ability to learn from leaders in the industry, working on some of the largest and most high-profile projects and procurements in the countryThe opportunity to challenge yourself with exposure to a variety of different clients and matters, across various industry sectorsHow to Apply?We prefer to work directly with candidates, if you are interested in this role, please click the Apply button or contact the consultant, details below, for more information.
