Always.We are St Vincents Health Australia, Australias largest not-for-profit provider of health and aged care services.Founded by The Sisters of Charity in 1857, our +30,000 healthcare superheroes operate public and private hospitals, residential aged care, community and virtual care, and outreach programs.About The RoleProven leadership experience in managing day-to-day operations in courier and logistics services, including rostering, scheduling, and human resources functions such as performance reviews, training compliance, and recruitment.Strong customer service focus, with the ability to ensure teams consistently meet KPIs such as delivery timeliness and order accuracy, while building a culture of service excellence.Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing and improving systems for accurate specimen and goods handling, record keeping, and logistics coordination.Solid understanding of compliance requirements, including infection control, transport safety, hazardous substances, and relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.Experience in driving operational improvements, including reviewing and refining work practices, contributing to process improvement projects, and producing reports to support business performance.About YouYou are a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in healthcare logistics, ready to lead a high-performing team.
