Delivering the culinary vision for a fine dining experience across the airport lounge sector located at multiple sites across the nation, to compliment the visitor experience.The PositionPlan, supervise, monitor and lead your culinary teamBring creativity, passion and innovation for the highest food standardsSuccessfully managing, mentoring and developing a kitchen team including chefs, kitchen hands, cooks and logistics.Deliver to our client and customer high expectations of a premium experienceControlling stock, preparing budgets, operating within strict budgetary constraintsChampion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controlsMaintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass food safety program.Responsible for designing and planning menu ideas, creating recipes and establishing cooking standards within a high pace kitchen operation.
