You will work with well-known customers and be part of a supportive and friendly team. This role includes a mix of hands-on technical work, time in the office, and travel to customer sites across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands.What we provide:This role is available in SydneyAccess to the latest technologyWorking with high profile customersGreat team cultureWide variety of work (working with tools as well as working in office environment as well as site visits throughout Australia / New Zealand / Pacific Islands)Responsibilities:Installation and commissioning of our electrical equipment (primary focus) and mechanical cooling and modular containerised power solutions (secondary focus with training and mentorship)Troubleshoot, repair and maintain our equipmentProvide remote support to our customers over phone, email and PC based support console.Update work orders and daily diaries and submit all forms, photos, logs and other relevant information into the project folderCompile and submit reports to the customers e.g. commissioning reports and failure analysisBe on call as required by a rosterAdhere and comply to HSE&Q requirementsEnsure a safe working environment for all staff, subcontractors and customers and be an active leader in driving our Always Safe attitudeAbout you:A valid driver''s licensePrevious experience with AC/DC backup systems in critical infrastructuresAbility to work autonomouslyCurrent Disconnect/Reconnect license - advantage, not essential (can provide training)Excellent presentation and communication skillsExperience with support ticketing systems like Zendesk, Remedy - advantage, not essential (can provide training)Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and related programHave the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with competing prioritiesBe able and prepared to travel interstate as required depending on the location of the projects and customers and work on weekends as required.LocationSydneyWant to apply?If you are confident, you possess all of the above, then hit the "apply now" button today!(We thank you for your interest in this position however due to the volume of applications we receive only successful candidates will be contacted).Have any further questions?
