Were looking for a Manager, Digital Media to lead the charge in delivering outstanding customer and commercial results through owned, earned, and paid digital channels.This is a dynamic, hands-on role where youll shape and execute the digital media strategy across SEM, social, display, programmatic and emerging platforms. Youll use data-driven insights to fine-tune content and campaigns, working closely with internal teams and agency partners to amplify brand visibility, audience engagement and conversion outcomes.What youll be doing:Own and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and moreDrive digital performance using SEM, social and influencer content strategiesLead the implementation of the digital content and social media calendar, ensuring consistency, relevance and reachOptimise the full digital funnel from impressions through to conversionUse analytics to inform improvements and present clear ROI reportingManage the relationship with our external media agency and internal stakeholdersOversee budgets, performance reviews and digital experimentation (creative, content, bidding)What youll bring:510 years'' experience in digital media strategy and execution across paid and owned channelsDeep understanding of tools like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business ManagerExperience on-hands managing social media platforms in houseStrong content, analytics and performance optimisation capabilitiesExperience managing internal content and social channels across multiple brands and audiencesA background in B2B or consumer product sectorsExcellent communication, stakeholder and agency management skillsA degree in Commerce, Marketing or Digital, with evidence of continued professional learning in digital media performanceYoull be part of a high-performing team with the opportunity to shape digital growth in a business that values innovation, customer connection and measurable results.
