We are one team, helping to connect and shape a better Melbourne.About the RoleThe Risk & Compliance Analyst supports the Infrastructure Safety team by helping maintain and improve the risk and compliance framework. This includes assisting with internal audits and promoting a culture of compliance to help Metro meet its commitments to the State.The role also involves managing dashboards for high-level monitoring and preparing detailed reports on audits, incidents, inspections, and investigations. Additionally, you will help coordinate the implementation of the document management plan and related procedures.This position is a max term contract opportunity based at West Melbourne/Docklands until the end of November 2025.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain reports and dashboards aligned to KPIs; support teams in interpreting data and identifying reporting needs.Coordinate and conduct internal audits, track findings and actions, and collaborate with external auditors.Maintain divisional risk registers and compliance with ISO31000 standards; contribute to improving risk governance.Support compliance reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including Department of Transport requirements.Manage document processes within the Quality Management System and ensure all documents meet standards.Support compliance framework improvements, conduct site visits, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.About youExperience working in a similar safety compliance or safety coordination position within a high-risk environmentExperience supporting safety tasks and ensuring compliance.Ability to analyse data and write and present reportsExcellent communication skills to work with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Good understanding of rail safety rules and OHS laws.RIW Card and Rail Experience will be an advantageClick apply to submit your application by 11.59pm, Sunday 6 July 2025Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchManufacturing, Transport & Logistics 5,001-10,000 employeesMetro gets you where you need to go.
