ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the day operational matters of the accounts department.Responsible for General Ledger, Account Receivable and Account Payable being carried smoothly.Manage and prepare full set of accounts for Mazars Malaysia & Mazars Clients.Management of key transaction work streams including direct liaison with Mazars Asia Pacific and former Moores Rowland work.Prepare annual financial budget, cash flow forecast, cost analysis and monthly financial reports to ManagementTo monitor and prepare the reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.Responsible and assist to coordinate and prepare the financial budget or projection and performance target.Work closely with Directors, Managers and staff in all operation matters relating to finance especially in timely collections of audit fees.Liaise with external auditor and Mazars tax expertise with regards to annual statutory reporting and tax submission.To assist Assistant Finance & Account Manager on ad-hoc work.Any other related job assigned by the Supervisor which deems to be appropriate.Job RequirementsEducation:Minimum Degree in Accountancy or any related fieldWorking Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.Team playerTechnical & Professional Knowledge:Good communication and people management skills.Good organization skillsGood administration skill and recording knowledgeSense of responsibility, integrity and able to handle confidential mattersExcellent functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Fluent in spoken and written English.
