Thats refreshing.We''re looking for a Strategy and Regulatory Lead who will play a key role in shaping and overseeing the execution of the enterprise''s Digital & Technology strategy.With a 3/2 Hybrid split (Office/WFH), this role is based in Southbank Fresh Water Place and is part of the Digital and Technology TeamThis role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:Contribute to the development of comprehensive Digital and Technology strategies that aligns with the organizations business goals and objectives.Manage collaboration with senior leaders and across AusNet to communicate Digital and Technology strategies, required actions and change initiatives across the organisation. Develop and maintain reporting and analysis to track performance against strategic roadmap.Contribute to the strategic planning and budgeting cycles for Digital and Technology. Develop capex and opex plans and forecasts, aligned with Line of Business needs, Regulatory budgets and Finance requirements, and support Digital and Technology leadership stewardship and reportingManage input, and support for, Line of Business regulatory submissions, reviews and engagements. Collaborating with business leaders to ensure Digital roadmaps are appropriately supported through regulatory review processes (EDPR/ TRR/ GAAR)Support the organisation on strategic deep dives, simplifying complex topics, supporting prioritisation and focus, and bringing clarityPreparation of accurate, insightful and high-quality materials for internal and external senior leadership, including AusNet Board, Senior Executives, Regulators and Government stakeholdersYou don''t need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:Experience in strategy development, implementation and delivery (3+ years relevant work experience; e.g. management consulting or corporate strategy role)Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable technology strategiesCommercial acumen and experience developing cost benefit analysis, business cases, and risk analysisPrior experience, or career interest, in the energy sector and/or digital & technologyUndertaken quantitative and financial business analysis, extracting insights, particularly in areas of ambiguityIntermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, particularly in analyses and presentations (essential)Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at an executive level.A real place to belongWe celebrate unique voices, refreshing perspectives and diversity in our team.
