Employees hustle, commit and dedicate themselves to pillars that make up the Nexxen Way the 3Cs - Customer Centric, Curious Mindset, Collaborative with No Ego.What will I be doing?Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but as a Solutions & Data Analyst, some of your core responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality data solutions to support client and internal objectives Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data models to power analytics, reporting, and predictive capabilities Writing and optimising SQL queries to extract and analyse large data sets Using Python and Java to automate data workflows, build scalable solutions, and support data science initiatives Applying statistical techniques and data-driven analysis to identify actionable insights and improve business outcomes Contributing to the development of AI and machine learning models to support predictive analytics and audience segmentation Collaborating cross-functionally with account leads, product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure data solutions align with business priorities Supporting the onboarding and enablement of new data tools and features Providing training, documentation, and technical support to empower teams to make the most of data capabilities Troubleshooting data anomalies and developing processes to improve data quality and integrity Driving process automation and operational efficiency through data-led recommendations Sharing data best practices and educating stakeholders on analytical approaches and interpretationWhat will I bring?23 years of experience in a data analyst, data solutions, or data engineering roleProven skills in data analysis, data modelling, and applying statistical methodsProficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, JavaAbility to design and build clean, efficient, and well-documented data workflowsExperience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insightsPreferred skills in AI modelling, predictive analysis, and knowledge of machine learning algorithmsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiencesYou must be:Confident to make data-driven decisionsCalm able to work well under pressureEager - to keep growing and learningCollaborative - happy to work in a dynamic, cross-functional teamFlexible - to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environmentCurious - with a mindset for continuous improvement and innovationCommunicative - able to build strong working relationships across technical and commercial teamsRespected - a positive, inspirational team memberAt Nexxen, we value diverse backgrounds and experiences.
