As a seasoned Business Analyst you would be required to lead a holistic analysis across the value chain, leveraging data and automation to strengthen regulatory outcomes and thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with precision.What You Offer5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking and Financial Services, preferably with direct experience in Finance Transformation initiativesDemonstrated experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations (e.g., Anaplan, TM1, Oracle etc.), automation of Financial Control processes, and enhancement of Management ReportingConfidence to challenge status quo while also building strong and effective relationships across all levels of business and technical stakeholdersProven experience working within Agile teams, including proficiency with Jira for managing backlog, user stories, and sprints, and effective communication and collaboration via SlackStrong experience in business process mapping, clearly articulating both current and future states, and managing the transition between the twoProven ability and practical experience in working with General Ledger systemsExceptional attention to detail combined with a flexible, adaptive approach, a continuous learning mindset, and high motivation and drive.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you''re excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.About Banking and Financial ServicesBanking and Financial Services is our technology-driven retail bank.
