We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead a dynamic team in maintaining and preparing our sports fields to top standards!As the Sportsground Team Leader, you''ll be hands-on, ensuring the safe and timely upkeep of our fields, making them game-ready for the community. If you''re passionate about working outdoors, leading a team, and taking pride in high-quality results, this role is perfect for you.Internally the role is known as Team Leader Sports Facilities.Your commencing salary will range from $74,571.94 - $86,172.02 p.a. + superannuation, dependent on your relevant skills and experience. In addition, you will receive a To and From work vehicle.About YouYou are a proactive leader with experience in sports field and garden maintenance. Skilled in supervising teams, managing resources, and ensuring maintenance programs run smoothly, you bring technical expertise and a hands-on approach.
