In this role, youll thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment where youll be the first point of contact for both new and existing business and farm customers. Your day-to-day will involve managing a variety of customer interactions, navigating complex systems, and converting enquiries into successful sales outcomes. Youll be supported by a dedicated leader and a collaborative team, all working together to help you succeed and meet your targets.These are full-time, permanent positions with a flexible hybrid working approach at home and in the office, with the expectation of 1 day in the office per week once you are fully competent in the role. Shifts are 7.5 hours between 9:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional public holiday work.The start date is Monday 25 August 2025, beginning with a comprehensive, fully paid seven-week induction program running from 8:30am to 4:30pm. After training, there will be opportunities to discuss flexible working arrangements, including part-time options.Please note: To work from home, you will need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.About YouYoull thrive in a fast-paced, inbound call centre environment.
