Strong writing skills are essential for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with subject matter experts and stakeholders to communicate complex information to a non-technical audience.Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and gather information from technical experts.Problem Solving: Ability to understand complex technical systems, concepts or process maps and translate them into user-friendly documentation.Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in using various documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.Attention to detail: Precise and accurate documentation is crucial in technical writing to avoid confusion. Research Skills: Able to gather information from technical experts and reliable sources is essential for creating accurate content.Adaptability: Technical writers may need to learn about new technologies quickly and adapt their writing style accordingly. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Key Responsibilities: Write and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documents for diverse audiences (end users (including offshore teams), senior management, stakeholders). Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language, ensuring understanding across all skill levels. Develop operational procedures and ensure accurate documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all documentation complies with company writing standards, style guides, and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and deliver high-quality documentation.Skills & Capabilities: Proven experience in writing and maintaining technical documents. Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts effectively. Strong knowledge of documentation best practices and content management techniques. Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint .Requirements: Ability to work collaboratively in a flexible and hybrid working environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
