Integrated Hubs are an exciting new initiative being delivered in partnership with the Office for Early Childhood Development in SA. The Elizabeth Vale Hub is one of the first two integrated hubs being and involves the delivery of very high quality, inclusive early childhood education and care with additional child and family supports to achieve great outcomes for children and families in the local area. Working closely with Centre teams and external partners, youll identify and activate referral pathways, services, and supports to enhance access and participation for children and families experiencing vulnerability.Your work will bring together key stakeholderslocal health, education, disability, and family support servicesto develop inclusive, place-based solutions that respond to community needs. Through advocacy, strategic planning, and data-driven insight, youll ensure our centres are not just places of learning, but hubs of support that help every child thrive.
