Join us and be a part of our mission to drive sustainability through technology and talent at Tata Consultancy Services, APAC today.Job Title Cloud ArchitectLocation MelbourneRequired Technical SkillsetDesign and implement end-to-end cloud architecture on GCP, with a focus on data analytics and transactional systems.Lead the architecture and deployment of BigQuery for large-scale data warehousing and analytics.Architect and optimize Cloud Spanner for globally distributed, mission-critical applications.Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.Define cloud architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.Evaluate and recommend tools and services within the GCP ecosystem to meet business and technical requirements.Ensure security, compliance, and cost-efficiency across cloud solutions.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teamsDesired Experience Range - 15+ yearsMust haveBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.1215+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in cloud architecture roles.Proven experience designing and deploying solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Deep expertise in BigQuery, Cloud Spanner, and GCP networking, IAM, and security.Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and real-time data processing.Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Deployment Manager).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in cloud environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to HaveGoogle Cloud Certified Professional Cloud ArchitectGoogle Cloud Certified Professional Data EngineerTOGAF or other enterprise architecture certificationsThank you for your interest in applying for this position with TCS.
