This role is instrumental in driving student recruitment, brand engagement, and campaign optimisation through marketing automation.As part of a team focused on high-impact campaigns across multiple channels, you will lead an integrated lead generation and nurture strategy that supports prospective students throughout their decision-making journey.The Role:Build and optimise dynamic email campaigns, landing pages, and user journeys in Oracle Eloqua.Design and deliver automation workflows that improve engagement, drive conversion, and enhance the student experience.Interpret performance data to deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations.Build and manage dashboards, report on KPIs, and provide updates to key stakeholders.
