This key position is responsible for the day-to-day management of portfolio operations procedures, CAPEX forecasting and delivery, and supporting sustainability initiatives across the Lendlease Industrial portfolio.An overview of the role:Oversee and deliver the APPFI Capital Works objectivesTrain, supervise and improve efficiency of the APPFI Operations teamEnsure compliance with statutory authorities and engineering practicesManage essential services certification and documentationConduct regular property inspections and implement maintenance programsPrepare and manage annual operations and capital works budgetsDevelop and maintain 5-year CAPEX plans for all assetsLead sustainability initiatives and environmental complianceCoordinate and supervise specialist contractorsManage tenant refurbishment processesSound like you? This is what were looking for:Tertiary qualifications (desirable) or relevant Trade CertificateDemonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlinesPositive approach to meeting client needs whilst managing tenant expectationsStrong customer service ethic and ability to empathise with tenant needsExcellent communication skills across all levelsProficiency in MS Word, Excel and OutlookExperience with property management systems (Evolution, MRI)Knowledge of WHS regulations and Lendlease Global Minimum Requirements (GMR)What you can expect from us:Youll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
