After achieving close to 90% market share in Australia and New Zealand, Nearas primary growth focus is now the Americas, the UK and Europe, where a significant majority of our revenue growth is now derived.We are looking for a seasoned Lead Software Engineer who excels in steering teams and is backed by a robust foundation in algorithms, data structures, SOLID principles, and object-oriented programming. Our ideal candidate thrives in a dual role - contributing individually while also dedicating time to mentorship, shaping junior engineers into accomplished professionals. As a key player, you will define optimal team structures, enforce best practices and delegate workload distribution to prevent burnouts, foster inter-department collaboration, and enhance overall organisational synchronicity.Our training is fast-paced, designed to enable you to work independently and confidently not only with the software but the wider company.
