Join our mission and become part of our team!What will you be doing?As aCustomer Care Consultant, you will be making phone calls to our existing, pre-qualified clients to book their next appointment with Connect Hearing and contact prospective clients who have shown an interest in our hearing services. You''ll be working as part of a professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients.Your responsibilities will include:Accurately booking appointmentsDelivering a high level of customer service to new and existing customersPromoting our range of products and delivery servicesUtilising benefit selling techniques where possible to encourage appointment bookingsMaking a high volume of phone callsUpdating customer recordsWhat do you need to be successful in this role?You will becommunicatingwith people with hearing impairment on a daily basis.
