This includes applying program and professional knowledge in the management of escalated complex cases and secondary consults. You will also undertake Care Advisor responsibilities.Some travel around metropolitan Melbourne may be required.About YouTo be successful in this role you will be consumer-centric and passionate about achieving high quality outcomes.You will also have:Current AHPRA registration as Division 1 NurseKnowledge and experience in contemporary evidence based clinical practice in a community settingDemonstrated experience and ability to lead supervise and motivate a team, ideally in a community setting.Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database, internet and Outlook and use of client management systemsEvidence of Covid-19 vaccination, or medical exemptionWillingness to undergo a National Police Check and have proof of the right to work in AustraliaWe recognise the rich diversity of people across Australia.
