They have had close to 100,000 people buy into their estates, and this number will continue to grow in the coming years.The roleReporting to the State Sales Manager, the Sales Consultant will be responsible for the sale of land lots in their newest development project. Based on-site, you will be the first point of contact for new buyers and will be responsible for:Contribute to Providing an Exceptional Customer ExperienceEffectively Manage all Pre & Post Sales ProcessesMaintain CRM Database & Up to Date at All TimesWeekly Analysis of Local Competitor Activity, with Bi-Monthly ReportsMaintain Sales Centre Presentation to a High StandardSkills & experienceTo be considered for this role is essential that you have current experience as a Sales Consultant in the sale of land lots for a developer or agency.
