Your role will involve managing the studio team (copy and design), and maintaining rigorous quality control standards. You will be instrumental in ensuring that every project meets our high standards of excellence, whilst motivating the team and holding them accountable.You will oversee copywriters and designers, and collaborate closely with account managers, merchandisers, and other agency members to ensure the successful execution of retail briefs, while safeguarding the studio''s integrity and profitability.This position reports to the Client Director.Key Responsibilities:Manages the reviews of studio work, ensuring the output is on-brand, on-brief and error-free.Ability to jump on the tools where needed - copy and designEnsure client deadlines are consistently met across multiple campaigns, coordinating with the Client Director on team capacity and workload.Prioritise studio tasks effectively, escalating issues when necessary to maintain workflow efficiency.Communicate daily with account service addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and proactively providing updates or recommendations.Accurately convey feedback to retail copywriters, designers, and merchandisers, ensuring alignment with project goals.Uphold brief requirements while preserving DEPT brand values and creative standards.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client''s retail business, strategies, objectives, brand, audiences, and challenges.Ensure high standards are consistently maintained, adding value wherever possible.Meet success criteria and deliver projects on time and within budget.Stay informed about all DEPT products and services, actively promoting them to clients.Collaborate with the team to test and refine artwork across client-owned channels, driving efficiencies and improving processes.Regularly review and enhance ways of working between key clients and DEPT to optimise production studio operations.We seek to hire talent that can work well under pressure, work at pace, who continuously strive to improve their craft.
