Cove Financial Group is a boutique financial planning practice located in Shellharbour. We are a well-respected financial planning business with an experienced professional team. We strive to deliver the highest level of service and maintain long-standing relationships with our private clients.Due to the retirement of one of our existing team members, an exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated individual to join our team.About the roleWe are seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals interested in a full-time administration career in financial planning.The person we are seeking will have excellent communication and administrative skills. This position is an integral part of the Review Team and involves close engagement with clients, the advice team, and service providers. It also includes providing administration support to all team members.Key duties include:Supporting financial advisers and team members in their daily tasks.Providing an exceptional client experience and responding promptly to inquiries.Monitoring diaries, arranging, and confirming client meetings.Preparing review documentation, including portfolio reports and policies.Liaising with clients, advisors, superannuation, and life providers for research and information gathering.Completing client forms and documentation, including identification procedures.Accurately recording and updating information in our CRM systems.Maintaining client files and documents with high accuracy and confidentiality.Ensuring compliance with practice procedures, policies, and regulations.Skills and experienceNo formal qualifications are required, but experience in a financial planning environment is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
